Here are the finished posters that I was commissioned to do for the Northern York Varsity Baseball Booster Club. These were handed out to the graduating seniors for them to present to their parents during a team get-together prior to a game this past week. Hope they all enjoyed them!

What’s really funny about these posters is that I later found out that I went to high school with Ryan Steele’s dad (Bob) and played Twilight ball with Jake Warner’s dad, Craig.

These posters were the first ones ordered from our new Premium Poster designs. Each poster is 20″ x 30″ and mounted to double-thickness art board. Contact PhotoFX Pros to find out how we might be able to customize a keepsake poster for you or your organization.

By the way, congratulations to the Polar Bears for winning and advancing to the playoffs.

I had the pleasure of covering a Northern High School Varsity baseball game against Biglerville tonight. To make the game even more exciting the game was played at Sovereign Bank Staduim, home to the York Revolution. Man, when I was playing varsity baseball for Cumberland Valley we were lucky to have anything more than a wooden plank for the players. Fans? They had to bring their own lawn chairs! Anyway, enough of the good ‘ol days…

The stadium was great and it was fun to watch the kids be able to play in such a great facility. Northern had one home run. It has to be pretty exciting for a high school ballplayer to see his ball travel about 330 feet and go into the outfield stands. The Northern Polar Bears ended up defeating Biglerville pretty handily.

A few pictures to come….
